Gift Card - Terms and Conditions

V°73 Gift Cards are available in different denominations (min. €25, max €200 in multiples of €5) and allow online purchases on V73.it.

How to obtain them

V°73 Gift Cards can be purchased on V73.it

• To purchase the V°73 Gift Card on V73.it, simply choose the available denomination, enter the recipient's email address in the designated space, and pay the corresponding amount using one of the accepted payment methods. The V°73 Gift Card, already active, is sent via email to the indicated address and can be used on V73.it by entering the code at checkout, selecting it directly at checkout using the associated email.

Terms of use

The purchase of a V°73 Gift Card and its subsequent use imply full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of use that govern it, which are as follows:

• It can only be used for the purchase of items sold online on V73.it.

• It is divisible, therefore usable on multiple purchases.

• If the value of the V°73 Gift Card is less than the purchase amount, the difference must be paid using any of the other payment methods accepted by V°73.

• It cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

• It is not rechargeable.

• It is valid for 12 months from activation.

• The amount loaded on the V°73 Gift Card does not accrue interest.

• The value of the V°73 Gift Card includes VAT, regardless of the applicable rate on items purchased using the V°73 Gift Card.

• It is bearer and equivalent to cash.

• It cannot be returned for a cash refund.

• It is not possible to purchase a V°73 Gift Card using a return voucher.

• No responsibility can be attributed to V°73 for improper or fraudulent use of the V°73 Gift Card.

• In case of total or partial returns of purchases made online and paid via V°73 Gift Card, the refund of the amount due will be made on the same Gift Card used for payment.

• In case of total or partial returns of purchases made online and paid via V°73 Gift Card and Credit Card, the refund of the amount due will be made on the credit card used for payment.
