Returns and Refunds

Miriade S.p.A. intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility to return one or more items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items. Returns, for orders purchased and shipped within Italian territory, are free of charge and must be made within 30 days from delivery and only if the returned items are intact and never used.

GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS

To initiate one or more returns, the Customer must comply with specific conditions:

  1. Returned items must not have been worn, used, washed or treated in any way.
  2. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent to the Customer and must be properly packed and wrapped.
  3. All internal and external labels on the item must be intact and must not be removed under any circumstances, including the packaging.
  4. Returned items must be handed over to the Courier within 30 days from the date of order receipt.
  5. Customers wishing to exchange an item, size or color of equal or higher value must go through the return procedure and place a new order.

Failure to comply with any of the above conditions entitles Miriade S.p.A. to refuse the returned items and to return them to the Customer at the Customer’s expense.

RETURN PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS FROM ITALY

To return one or more items, simply log into your profile on the v73.it by clicking here and follow the guided procedure by selecting the order to be returned. At the end of the process, you will receive a shipping label by email to print and attach to the package.

Returns can be made either by home collection (bookable at toll-free number 803.160) or by delivery at a "Punto Poste" collection point, available at www.poste.it. Returns must be shipped within 30 days from order receipt, exclusively using the shipping label provided by Miriade S.p.A. and following the instructions for proper packaging.

Miriade S.p.A. is not responsible for damages or losses due to inadequate packaging and reserves the right to withhold costs for non-compliant returned items. The Customer is responsible for the integrity of the shipment, correct labeling, and packaging. Deliveries are carried out by Poste Italiane from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), with an estimated delivery time of 4 business days from shipment. Delays due to force majeure or late acceptance may cause changes in delivery time. Tracking is available on www.poste.it or at 800.160.000.

RETURN PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS FROM ABROAD

Returns are free only if the return shipment originates from Italian territory and must be requested within 30 days from the purchase date.

Attention: even if the order was delivered in Italy, for example to a temporary address, the return will not be free if requested later from abroad. In this case, all shipping costs and any customs charges will be borne by the Customer.

The Customer is free to choose the Courier to send back the goods (it is recommended to use a Courier that provides a tracking number), which must arrive at our warehouse at the following address: Miriade S.p.A. Ufficio Resi – Interporto lotto C A19-A20-A21, 80035 Nola (NA) – Tel. +39 02 36264 504 within the required time and in accordance with the “General Return Conditions” listed above. It is also recommended to include a reference to the original order inside the package (e.g., order number or buyer’s name).

Refunds will only be issued after receipt and verification of the condition of the returned items. In addition to the item value, any shipping costs paid at the time of purchase will also be refunded exclusively for international orders, provided these were included in the original order.

If the product received is damaged or has any defect, we invite the Customer to promptly contact our Customer Service (+39 02 36 26 45 03) to receive specific instructions on how to proceed.

Non-EU countries: for returns from countries outside the European Union, all shipping costs (both outbound and return) are borne by the Customer and will not be refunded, unless otherwise contractually agreed. The refund will only be issued after the goods are received and verified at our warehouse. Furthermore, the right of withdrawal is not guaranteed for non-EU customers unless provided for by the local laws of the country of residence.

REFUND

If the return procedure has been correctly carried out and all conditions are met, within the following 14 business days, the Customer will receive an email confirming the return and related refund (depending on the Customer’s financial institution, the refund may be credited within 3 business days following the authorization).

Refunds are issued in the same currency used for the purchase. Any losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.

CUSTOMER LIABILITY

In the event of non-delivery of the order due to reasons attributable to the Customer (e.g., absence at delivery, incorrect address, failure to collect the package in storage within the prescribed time), the package will be returned to the sender.

The Courier will attempt delivery at least twice before initiating storage procedures, during which collection at the branch or a second delivery can be arranged after notification. Once the storage period ends, the order will be returned to the sender and the regular return procedure will begin. In such cases, shipping and return costs will be charged to the Customer, in accordance with Art. 57, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

Important: No arbitrary penalties will be applied. Any deductions will be limited to the actual costs incurred by the Company, in accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013 and the legislation on the right of withdrawal in distance contracts.

Exceptions: If the non-delivery is attributable to Miriade S.p.A. (e.g., incorrect shipping address, internal logistics issues, etc.), all shipping and return costs will be entirely borne by the Company, as provided by the seller’s obligations under Art. 130 of the Consumer Code.

PURCHASES MADE THROUGH RETAILERS OR THIRD-PARTY SITES

The return procedure described in the previous paragraphs applies exclusively to purchases made on the official v73.it. If the Customer has purchased items from authorized retailers or other e-commerce sites, they must contact the store or platform where the purchase was made directly. Miriade S.p.A. is not responsible for the return policies applied by third parties and cannot provide support for returns or refunds not related to purchases made on the v73.it.
